Electrical measurements to complete the characterisation of thermal interface material (TIM) from a single source

We are expanding our range of services: In addition to proven methods for determining the thermal and mechanical properties of TIM, we now offer dielectric strength measurement with AC and DC voltage up to 20 kilovolts. This is carried out in accordance with standards such as ISO 60243 and ASTM D149. We also measure electrical resistance in accordance with ASTM D257.

Our many years of experience in dealing with TIM guarantee precise results, even in electrical environments. Thanks to state-of-the-art equipment from Keithley, Fluke and Associated Research as well as specially developed test electrodes, we achieve reliable results. Integration in climatic chambers enables us to determine the electrical characteristics under different temperature and humidity conditions.
