AI-supported cooling solutions
AI-based software has recently become available to developers for increasing cooling performance, minimizing pressure loss and reducing the weight of cooling systems.
We at ZFW successfully use the “HEEDS” software to optimize cooling structures. Improvements of 50% in terms of temperature, pressure loss and mass are possible.
Classic heat sinks are optimized, but also housings and other geometries with a cooling task.
